Always in Our Hearts Scholarship

Life lessons are hard to come by. We should appreciate the ones we love and cherish. We can never know how long we will have our loved ones, but their lessons will last forever. Their knowledge and wisdom help shape us into better individuals. We want to hear from the next generation and get their insights with our Always in Our Hearts Scholarship.

At Marc Brown, P.A., we strive to help the community beyond legal issues. Like Kenneth E. Quinn, Jr., a member of the firm’s family and an even larger member of the Fort Lauderdale community. Kenneth’s devotion to his family and community was immeasurable. From his time of mentoring members of the community to the countless hours coaching baseball, the memories and lessons that he shared will be forever remembered.

Kenneth’s selfless actions inspiried us to introduce the 2022 Always in Our Hearts Scholarship. High school students in their senior year and undergraduate students in their first or second years are encouraged to submit a 750-1000 word essay that shares with us the memories and lessons you learned from a loved one who has had a significant impact on your life.

The scholarship is open to any current high school senior, vocational student, college student, or graduate student who is a legal resident of the United States residing in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia and who is enrolled in a vocational program or two to a five-year post-secondary institution for the 2022 fall semester.

Employees of Marc Brown, P.A., their immediate families (parent, child, sibling, and spouse), and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the competition.
